I decided one day to make a practice guitar amp, sort of a desktop model. This amp is made from figured maple, a harddrive case for the bottom, and a homemade amp circuit. The light in the case brightens based on how hard you strum, it also flickers based on the tune of the guitar (harmonics based). This one I did as an auction prize for Trammell Crow, made from maple and vintage speaker grille cloth.
